Please note: Endo-met has changed Paramin by reducing the active ingredients to 50%, and also the pill size. So basically if you have been recommended 1 pill, you have to take 2 of the new ones. They did this in order to reduce the pill size, hopefully this also makes it easier to digest. Their original message below:

This conversion will result in a smaller, easier to swallow tablet and will also allow previous users of Paramin to simply take an additional tablet to maintain any previous recommendations.”
